Spirituality & Religion

  In its simplest sense, "Spirituality" is defined as
a sense of connection to the universe and to a higher power.

"Religion" differs in that it is an organized system of
worship that gives a framework to the relationship we have defined
with the universe and that is consistent with our personal
definition of a higher power.

The obvious question is "Can you be spiritual without being
religious or belonging to an organized religion ?

Certainly you can be a spiritual being without being "religious",
just as well as someone can be a member of a religion without
being "spiritual".

So... what is "spirituality" ?
